Regional brand websites that launch fast, are updated by regional HQ staff and show who is visiting
The regional HQ needed a strong web presence for its brands quickly, content its own staff could update, and a way to measure who visits. We built and run its brand websites on a templated CMS platform, first for its aftermarket parts brand and now for its fleet business. Each site goes live on proven foundations, then becomes the base for the regional HQ's digital marketing, connected to analytics, social and advertising platforms.

Regional brands needed a strong web presence, fast, and a way to measure it
The regional HQ promotes its brands to customers and distributors across many markets. Its aftermarket parts brand needed a public site with a product catalogue, plus a login-only area where distributors download catalogues, leaflets, banners and sales guidebooks. Marketing staff had to be able to update everything themselves, within the regional HQ's security requirements.
A brand site is only the start, though. The regional HQ also wanted to know who visits, reach them again on social and search, and launch further brand sites without starting each one from zero.
Slow
Each new brand site risked repeating design, infrastructure and security work that had already been done once.
Content stuck with IT
Without a usable CMS, every catalogue update or new leaflet needed a developer.
No view of the audience
Without analytics and advertising integration, the sites couldn't support campaigns or retargeting.
A templated CMS platform first, with marketing and analytics built on top
We built the first site on Laravel with a Nova CMS, hosted on AWS with disaster recovery and a Multi-AZ database. One CMS feeds both the public catalogue and the distributor area. After go-live we kept adding features and ran it under an SLA.
Because the platform was built as a template, the fleet site starts from the same infrastructure, security and content components, and only brand-specific features are new. Analytics and tag management are set up from day one, so each site is measurable from launch and ready to connect to the regional HQ's marketing tools.
Parts-brand site
- Public catalogue site live in March 2024
- Distributor area with login and resource downloads live in April 2024
Extend and run
- Managed service under an annual SLA
- November 2024 release: QR code scan, parts compatibility check, FAQ and contact form
Platform version up
- Framework, CMS and runtime upgraded
- Updated design specification became the template for later sites
Fleet brand site
- Built from the same template on a six-month plan
- Enquiry routing, distributor listing, offers filter, cookie consent and GA4 / GTM set-up
Faster launches, and sites that work for marketing
A brand site shouldn't take a year, and it shouldn't stop at go-live. We start from a template so the regional HQ is live quickly, then make the site part of its marketing.
A regional brand and marketing platform
Further phases add a login area for distributors and fleet customers and accessory filtering by vehicle model. Both build on patterns already running on the parts-brand site. New brand sites can start from the same template.
