Consultant / Business analyst
Work you'll do
- Frame client problems with business owners and users
- Design processes, data and solutions, and run Craft Sprint workshops
- Write proposals, estimates and decision briefs
What you'll bring
- Experience in consulting, business analysis or project management
- Clear writing for executives
- Japanese and English are a strong plus
Bridge engineer (Japanese–English)
Work you'll do
- Connect client teams in Japan and Asia-Pacific with our developers
- Turn requirements into specifications and test plans
- Lead releases and change requests on platforms we run
What you'll bring
- Business-level Japanese and English
- A software or IT background
- Care for detail and for the people on both sides
Software / cloud engineer
Work you'll do
- Build web applications, portals and integrations, mostly on AWS
- Use AI-assisted tools to prototype quickly, then harden for production
- Run and improve live platforms under service-level agreements
What you'll bring
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or similar, and cloud services
- Interest in AI-assisted engineering
- Ownership of what you ship
