1. Who we are

This website is operated by Taira Promote SG Pte. Ltd. ("Taira Promote", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201118205Z), at 137 Telok Ayer Street, #05-07, Singapore 068602. We are part of the Taira Promote group, headquartered in Japan.

We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). If you are in Japan, the European Union or another jurisdiction, local data protection laws may give you additional rights, which we will respect.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website, including the contact form, and through related business communications with you. It does not cover websites of other companies that we link to.

3. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

When you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, company, work email address, the type of organisation you work for, the problem or area you are interested in, and your message. Please do not include confidential business information or sensitive personal data in the message.

Information collected automatically

• Technical and security data. Your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you request are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and verify that form submissions come from a person (Cloudflare Turnstile). This does not use tracking cookies.
• Basic usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed and the time spent on them.
• Marketing, only with your consent. If you accept marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure and improve our LinkedIn advertising. When you submit the contact form after giving this consent, we may also send LinkedIn a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email address so it can attribute the enquiry to an ad.
• Your consent choice. We store your cookie choice in a cookie on your device so we do not ask again on every page.

4. How we use your personal data

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we might help.
• To prepare proposals and to provide and manage our services if you become a client.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (with your consent).
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (with your consent).
• To keep the site and our systems secure and to prevent spam and fraud.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

5. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting the contact form, you consent to our using the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Non-essential cookies are only used after you agree to them. You may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your cookie settings or by contacting us at the address below. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue certain communications or services, and we will tell you if that is the case.

6. Who we share personal data with

We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above:

• Taira Promote group companies, including our headquarters in Japan and our development centre in Vietnam, when your enquiry concerns work they deliver or support.
• Service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and storage of form submissions), Google (analytics, with consent), LinkedIn (advertising measurement, with consent), Resend (sending notification emails about your enquiry), and our email hosting provider (receiving and storing those emails).
• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Our service providers may only use personal data to provide their services to us, and are required to protect it.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of the organisations above store or process data outside Singapore, for example in Japan, Vietnam, the United States or the European Union. When we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, for example through contractual commitments from the recipient.

8. How long we keep personal data

• The copy of your enquiry stored by our website is deleted automatically 24 months after you submit it.
• The notification email about your enquiry, and any later correspondence with you, are kept in our email system as business records for as long as we need them for our relationship with you or for legal reasons, and are then deleted.
• Analytics data linked to cookies or other identifiers is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and then deleted. Aggregated reports that do not identify you may be kept longer.
• Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.

9. How we protect personal data

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to people who need the data, bot protection on our forms, and security headers on the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

You may ask us:

• for access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
• to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• to stop using your personal data for a purpose you previously agreed to.

Please send requests to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first. Where the law allows, we may charge a reasonable fee for access requests and will tell you the fee in advance.

11. Children

This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
